Depends on your budget... If you can afford... Phase-6 5/10 marlas are really a piece of hot cake nowadays...

You must visit physically and explore the on ground situation... Statelife-1 is also an option in that area.

Mine budget is 1.50 Crore.

LDA Avenue raiwind road is better choice as Electricity starts working and on main road found change rupees 1 million in a week since December starts only investment rupees 13 to 14 million.

U have to be very careful. I live in Bahria, there are many houses for sales but there isn’t any buyer here. U need to explore societies which have not been mentioned here i.e. Tariq Garde, IEP Engineer Town but be very careful as these all societies are under LDA and land some time is registered on multiple names.

To construct house of 5 marla to 10 marla I will not suggest DHA Town at this point. For personal residence in DHA Lahore area that does make sense but for building a house for selling or renting purpose nothing come close to Bahria Town Lahore. It have expatriate investors 100s of dealers and 1000s people now living in Bahria Town Lahore. Bahria town Lahore offers all must needed things like security hospitals schools parks restaurants etc. In DHA town it will take two to three years to reach to a point where its worth to build a house for resale and renting.

Thank you CM for your precious advise. Indeed, Bahria is a right place to live as I myself enjoy these all advantages of Bahria Town but there is a one question that I would like to ask you. Why there are so many houses are for sale and no buyer in Bahria? Investors are building houses but they are unable to sell it. I personally know many people who build houses to sell it and its been more than a year and they still cant sell it. When I enquired the slow trend they told me that many people still assume that Bahria is far from city thats why they wouldnt consider moving to Bahria. People are moving in for living purpose but at a very slow pace. Secondly people are uncomfortable due to Lahore Ring Road that is passing through Tulip Extension (where a swath of land containing 5 marla plots exist) and no NOC awarded to Bahria for sector D,E and F particularly. Phase AA,BB and CC are still in limbo where many houses awaiting for buyers. What is your say on these issues? Thnx

For house construction business I would suggest Bahria Town, DHA phase 6-8, Bahria Orchard. For big investment you should go for DHA-EME.

No big vision planner , make wide roads nearby posh society but do not restrict cheap pvt land owners to make a society poorly with 3 marla and make even big roads congested who will do farming in villages etc if trend did not stop no improvements in industry side but agri becoming weaker day by day

Market of 1 kanal is low. 05 and 10 Marla market is good.

Can someone tell what is rate of profit (in average terms) on house construction and selling business ?? if someone is investing completely, right from purchase of plot to build it up and the sell it.

What would be average per marla PROFIT RATE which one can expect ? i know its quite variable depending on many factors but what is an appropriate range of it ?

And also one more question that how this has been working nowadays in lahore market ? and ideally how much capital is required for it

Now a days market is very slow.my own build house is in pcsir phase 2 .for one kanal in heigh profile society ur budght should be 320 kror.
