Start with the current profit rates for different booking, what is the current market value.

To me this is excellent project why? see below.

1: Development standard is excellent

2: Development speed is excellent.

3: All land is acquired no land related issues.

4: Price is very attractive yet.

5: Distance is just fine, around 10 km from Islamabad boundary limits( B17).

6: U can reach multi orchards in 30 minutes from zero point Islamabad while go to behria phase 8 it take more then hour and price in Multi orchard for 5 kanal is less then bahria phase8, 1 kanal.

7: It is located in a splendid environment with ideal landscapes, rich fertility and sub soil water in abundance, there is no water related issues.

8: All basic facilities, like school, colleges , Hospitals are very near in wah cant, and u can go there with in few minutes from multi orchards.

9: A lot of peoples are waiting for possession to build home there.

10: No farm house scheme of this standard is available in whole Pakistan in this price range. If it is available let me know.

11: Its a flag ship project of Multi professionals, they will never let it down.

12: i personally like it.

Not sure about current profit rates, i was not in touch from last few days.

Good anylises Triver it will be a great project and has great potential but the main thing is that multi should maintain their standard in developments

Maintenance standard seems excellent.

I have visited the site twice past few weeks...it feels and seems great there....very windy with open views plz visit once for clear picture.....Ya bit far but took me 35 minutes from G-9 Markaz.....50 KMs but all very clean route..fast and nice

site visit highly recommended...

Profits are further lowered but thats overall in Zone-2 as plots are in abundance vs Buyers...remmeber investers are struck pretty badly with Bahria projects....
