How is Naval Society Zamzama, and what kind of bungalows available there?
Tell us your requirement in detail and your range also. Great area but never get inside if you know the security there. Point to remember it’s way more expensive than Defence.

Don’t know they have small houses than 350yds or not.For your Askari 4 bungalow thread, can’t help you much as don’t know its current price. Relative bought there back in 2000-01 and he paid 10.5M that time.
