Is Soan Garden block H extension good for living & investment? I visited the site & i like the location and development. It looks better than some other blocks of Soan Garden & some other societies in zone v. Because entrance from Islamabad expressway (1-2 minute walking distance) unlike Jinnah Garden, naval anchorage & Gulberg which are long distance away from Islamabad expressway.
I think Soan is good and even better than PWD for living as PWD is becoming too congested and commercial.
