I need serious advice on buying property in i-11/2. Possession is said to be available in some sections. Location is good but what about investment? Can i invest in this area to expect good profits within a year or so?

I know the encroachments in that area but some sections in i-11/2 are free of these and plotting has been done. What's the investment scope of that area? I am looking for making a profit in a year or so.
