I have been looking to buy 1 kanal plot in nfc phase 2 for 3.5million approx. Is it a legitimate place and worth to invest? I am aware of file rates are similar for 10marla may be in dha but i wana go for kanal plot.
Surprising no body discussed nfc as of yet??
I also wanted to invest in NFC 2 but not very much sure about its future and legitimacy. Another thing is did you check with LDA whether NFC Phase 2 is approved by them or not? Its not in the list of approved private societies on the LDA official website.
