One kanal plot in islamabad ( f-10, f-11, d-12/3 or d-12/4 or e-11/3 or e-1

I am thinking to buy a 50* 90 ( one kanal) residential plot in f-10, f-11, d-12 or e-11/3 ( mpchs) or e-11/2 with budget of around 6 crore. Kindly advise.

Try looking in CDA sectors especially F-11. It has nice infrastructure but stay away from areas nearby slums or illegal shanties. In F-10, there is no such problem.

E-11 still has teething issues, like gas as well as maintenance charges from society and property tax from CDA.
