Dear all aoa, I am new to this forum and want to ask you a question. I invested my money after coming from abroad in some societies as under about 8 years ago as I had no idea of real estate. Now I think my investment is not wise and I should sell these and buy in some good place where my money can increase.

30*60 in I-15
10 Marla in T block Gulberg Islamabad.
Two 30*60 in Jinnah Garden 2
One 8 Marla in DHA Valley Lilly block.
Pleas guide me what to do.

    Kindly Consider B17... Its a great place fr investment

    If u made the investment 8 years back or so ... Then am sure u r not losing any money atleast.....

    Dha Valley was a v bad investment a couple of months back but i think the plots r being sold at some profit right now......

      Yes B17 is the investor converging point these days but if one considers Bahria then its got some good future as well

              Mr rizwan just do your homework and dont invest in places where prices jump in last 6 months more than double otherwise you will loss money.I dont think its right time to invest,as in last 6 months prices rises sharply and hopefully they will correct soon.

                In b-17 there's no correction. After more news in a few months it will only go up. Block b already touched 1 crore
