Pha announced flats in i-12 and did balloting. I applied in civilian category for d type flat. In balloting i was not successful.
They have sent me a letter yesterday saying that it is on first come first serve basis. And apply with pay order if you are interested. Does anyone received this letter?? What does that mean??? Are balloting results nullified???

People who got succesful didnot pay as da price was high.

Price is reasonable,project location is good.
People are not applying due to poor track record of PHA.
PHA can increase price in future in the name of escalation or development charges.
One example is PHA Project in G-10 launched in 2008 & till date apartments possession is not given. 8 lekh additional charges are also imposed.
I wish PHA complete this project in time.
