Which area is best suitable for that, as i have checked Airport housing scheme (with a lot of schools), some area at Ali pur farash and bara kahu.

Dear Faisal, What is your excat requirment of land. because in your budget you can find a good piece of land in bani gala, baharakahu khanapul area rawat tarnol area what kind of place you want and also are you intrested in primary school or higher one ?

well finding an property agent is, i think, 2nd step. first i have to select the appropriate area.
dear syed Ibrahim; i visited bani gala, but it did not convince me for investment. places like khana pul is ok.
Initially i will start from primary and then will move to higher insaAllah. minimum requirement is of 1 kanal. but 3 to 4 kanal will be enough.
