Can anyone please suggest me plot in range of 3-4 lac in advance and then installments in rawalpindi/islamabad? Installments should be 20-30 k per month. Please suggest any reliable and secure society.
If you can increase your down payment to 6-7 Lac then you can get one on Roshan Pakistan E-16 which has very good location in low budget.
Otherwise you can check Blue World City (Chakri Road). Where you can just invest at the moment but cant think to live there :)
