    In this budget you can buy a plot in Adiala Road, CBR phase 2 , bahria phase 8 extension.

      You can consider the following long term options with in 10 or bit over budget:



      1. Bahria Phase 8 Extension on cash

      2. CBR 2 all dues clear against land plot on cash

      3. Blue world city overseas block on installments

      4. Rawat side near to Ex.New Pindi existing DHA 3



      Keep in mind all these options are long term.



      The other good investment will be to keep US Dollors for 3 years and it will give you a better raise and your investment is in your hands as well.

                      Sir, Alharam is at max 3 to 3.2 lac/Marla where you can get possession on down payment (approx 25%). It goes from 3 Marla to 1 Kanal. It's way closer to Saddar and most populated of any other project on Chakri Road. Direct access from Chakri Road.

                      Not the ideal of projects but fits the bill for what it offers in that price.

                      CSC is a totally different game with it's plus/minuses.
