Plot Transfer Charges- Socities And Private Developer

As I recently bought plot in a CDA sector so I know there is tax charged.

I want to know how much charges and tax have to be paid for plots transfers/buy/sell from private developers or societies in CDA/RDA jurisdiction. Please provide your input.

Included in the tax are the cvt and stam duty that is submitted to the State Bank.

As per the transfer charges are concerned, then every private society follows its rules. So, its better to confirm it from the society directly.
I am sorry i couldnt mention the exact percentages of cvt and stam duty because i am not so sure about them and i dont want to misguide you.

So even in plots buy/transfer from private developer or housing societies , we have to pay tax? I think is only with government owned/developed plots only like CDA/RDA.
