Possession charges in g-15 is rs 100 per square yards, is this cda charages or only society specific?
Also is this 100 rs per square from start or its increasing by time? As per my info initially it was few thousands (5 to 6) but no its too much
Dear brother kashif Rate has been revised almost 2 months ago. Old rate was 25 rs per sq yard now it is 100 rs per sq yard not sq feet.

No transfer fee is seprate posession charges means they will issue u noc for construction plus will excat measure ur plots directions.
