Noticed a sudden rise in prices in m block.Any new on whats happening?
I wrote before that Malik Riaz bad times with Pindi BTs seem to be going away. Phase-8 could shine again but not big jumps happened in the past! It will rise just like DHAs are doing.
The sad part is that DHA-3 and GC deal is going in shadows as MR is silent on this this deal and GHQ seems less bothersome as well!
This rise in M-block was expected for sometime now. 5 Marla can touch 25 lack comfortably when development will finish. However, if we witness some rally in real estate, it can cross 30 lacks as well.

There is only one concern in M block: You never know where your plot will move after the new map?
May be because of the theme park near by … And also the fact that M block is expected to have next phase of possession
