Price jump - sector P DHA Islamabad Phase 2

Recently, there is a significant jump in prices in sector p. 250 sq yards plot has moved above rs. 4.5 m. Do you think this is a real increase & the price is still worth to invest.

Prices will jump in Dha phase2 because of good news Dha valley and new expressway.I don't think it's artificial boom.I think it's not a surprise but a reality.Allah knows best.

Malik Riaz seems to be in a lot problems. All DHA projects are expected to rise. General Raheel is sparing no one and we will see a lot of “sacred cows” in jail if GR keeps moving forward without any political hindrance. Good time to invest in DHAs

But Generals should also be out of the business of property at least.

Yes Army is involved in property business so very less chances to rise other brands that's why in last two years prices in Dha phase2 stable and rising and other hand Multi and Bahria are front of us.

But living standards are not as good in dha 2 as in other cities. For example hours of load shedding, in some sectors wires are laying openly on ground, people throw garbage on empty plots, broken roads, lazy management etc. No big brands open there just recently gloria jeans opened and after WTC some known brands might come into that area. If army is involved they should do something to improve living conditions there.

Yes prices are rising in DHA-2 big time. Market is very fast in anticipation of Highway expansion project announcement.

In which sectors of dha prices are increasing?

DHA-2 Sector K one Kanal good location Plot is now not less than 10 Million Minimum, Prices are keep rising after new Islamabad Express way announcement, and prices in DHA-2 will get double in next 1 year.

Valley & DHA 2 Ext is a bit Long term investment, prices will rise there too but bit slow and will take quite long.

I can confirm the built property prices are increasing as well. But this started happening before expressway also, may be after MR saying settling matters with RDA about the dam.

DHA ka bubble to burst nai ho ga jab tak Musharraf ko china chowk per ulta latka kay chittar nai maartay.

None of the countries Army is as prominent as in Pakistan in every thing apart from their main duties, we appreciate what ever good things Gen Raheel is doing but still this is not Army work to sell plots.

At least something is good happening, if Army does not involve, than the land grabbers might have their control in these schemes.
