I heard in past that overseas pakistanis are free from paying any kind of property taxes providing the proof of remittance, does any it really exists? And are there relaxations for overseas related to taxes?
Any income earned or property owned in Pakistan is subject to tax. Property tax is a provincial subject and each provincial Exise and Taxation department has its own rules. For punjab follow this link (http://www.punjab.gov.pk/excise_and_taxation).
