Hi, I am from Dubai. I have a question from expert that how they look the PECHS is this safe society no problem of fraud from where we can verify the plot that it is true or any fraud. What is future about price increase there fast or slow. If we compare this with DHA Valley which one is best for investment. Waiting for your reply.

Although not an expert but in my opinion, PECHS will fare better than DHA Valley , atleast in coming years. The recent news and announcements about the New airport have boosted the future of PECHS as compared to DHA Valley. Moreover, i think currently PECHS is doing better than DHA Valley because of the availability of basic road infrastructure. Once the the Airport is properly connected to the city through a network of roads (in about an year), the adjoining societies will benefit tremendously. DHA Valley on the other hand will take a little longer (about 4-5 years) to develop.
