Is it safe to buy property in dha islamabad phase 2 and rent it out ?Since i live outside pakistan iam worried to leave the property unattended? Also is there any procedure in place to get the monthly rent while one is outside pakistan?Is it possible to give the notice to the tenant to leave and will the tenant leave easily are there any laws to get this done?I want to purchase the property to earn money on a regular basis by renting it.Thanks
