I read an advertisement in newspaper and also checked on phone about an offer of selling shops in a plaza which will be constructed in walayat complex, phase 7. They are asking for rs. 500000 only for 6 by 9 size shop and it apparently looks quite reasonable price. The project name is perhaps china centre and will be handed over in 2.5 years time. Experts on bahria town please comment in its suitability and reality.
