Residential plot in cda i sector i 15 i 16 i 17 ?

I have a 5 marla plot in I-15 which I bought recently.I know there is no sign of development in I 15 till now

Question 1.How many years it will take for me to assume a profit?

Question 2 Please suggest if I gather some more amount in few months after I will sell I15 plot and with 25 lac in my hand where shall I invest in

I 14 I 16 or Bahria?

In this area, the best choice is either I-16 or Foechs (Foreign Office Society). Both have very good development standards, scenic surroundings and clean environment. Plus quite close to Islamabad and a new road for cargo transport will pass to the new airport from here.

Ito a very good question as I-15 is showing zero signs of development. Will the opening of airport In 2017 impact this sector in any way? Is there any road or other infra related to airport positively impacting I-15?

Can any one advise please which one of the following is a better option:

  1. I-14

or

  1. I-16

  2. And which subsector and plot size is better for investment point of view
