Sorry dont know about societies in Swat, but my question is why do you even wanna invest in Swat ?
Gone are the days when it was a tourist spot. Now Swat is a full blown city with poor infrastructure.
Swat is again a most visited tourist destination now.
if the good conditions remain and continue, best for investment in resorts, shops, hotels and restaurants.
True, I heard in news a total of 100,000+ vehicles entered Swat during Eid holidays.
Its just for living after ten+ years. I am not interested in gaining a huge return, I am just interested in a society with small plots but secure and peaceful for personal living for few months of an year as its not far away from rwp/isb.
