Searching a plot near New Airport...AWT?

Ad and disadvantages of awt? the different sizes available? have they been developed yet…any information would be great…

Awt is a developed sector. 10 marla kanal and 2 kanal plots are available there. Advantage of awt is less price and ready posession. Major disadvantages are no clear & direct access from gt road or even motorway ( expected from motorway in future). Open electricity plus there is no construction in awt

Is it worth investing here, does anyone the price increase, decrease etc… In terms of price range what has happened in the past 3 years or last 12 months

Is AWT FULLY Developed or are there still some areas left, i.e like PECHS?

Is AWT a GOOD long term investment (due to roads and airport and area getting built up) or is it GOOD short term investment? (due to cheap prices, likely to increase as airport comming soon etc...)

Awt is around 60% developed. Main problem is that it has no access. One has to cross d 17 to enter in d 18 echs then awt. Also gas and telephone not yet available. But it is a good long term investment.

I think having no access is a big problem, what about ichs? Any information about that? Is it developed etc…Ad/disadvages etc…

Seems to be too much of a risk, with no real access, what about ichs?
