I will not recommend you to sell dha 9 file at this time because bellot can be done any time(may be withen this year)because dha9 high prices are telling this.dha has 90% land in hand.after ellot one kanal average plot will be of minimum 90 lax as dha9 location is much better than dha7 where average location plot is in 80 lax while dha9 has great location.so i will recommend you wait for 6 months more.
DHA phase7 did not reach at 80-lacs level overnight after balloting. It took around 5-6 years to reach at this level after balloting. Phase9 would also need same time period at least to reach at 90-lacs level as per your assumptions. Please dont raise the expectations too much with phase9 balloting.
