Aoa, is it better to buy villa or land and then construct on your own?
Which one is the preferred area to buy couple of lands under 10 million pkr for living after 4 years, just in case need to return to islamabad.
G-13,G-14/4 and dha 2 are one of the best options…
Certainly buying land and constructing by your own is the best option but this is not an easy job. It requires time, dedication and effort. But the end result of designing according to your own desires, wishes, priorities and requirements will be superb.
Bahria Enclave could be an ideal place for living in coming 3 to 4 years. Must visit and decide.

Agreed Mr.Khan buying land and constructing your house is best thing because you can’t trust built house, one of my friend bought built house in Bahria and now he is saying cracks starting to appear
