      Gwadar will take quite long to mature. Have a look at plots in new town and sangar housing scheme (if i am not forgetting the names). Both are GDA societies and are safe. Naval anchorage is safe as well.

          1.Is there any on-ground plots of sangar or new town, available on installments ?

          2. Is it enough that private society or housing scheme is having category A NOC from GDA or some other points to be checked before booking plot on installment ?

            Hope you are all fine insha Allah , investment in commercial projects get monthly rent and annual appreciation is better than residential projects.

            Our investment starts from 11.5 lac only rent on that 9000/- ( tax will deduct) , tax receipt also given to customers



            Invest 13.5 lack , rent 10,500



            Invest 54 lack , rent 45000/- ( tax already deducted )



            Rent start from day 1st , 100% cash back policy , 20 to 30 % annual appreciation

              You may consider Gwadar Central and Dubai City Gwadar. Both are GDA approved societies and having good geographical location. Both have important highways passing through them and at a very good location from sea port and Gwadar International Airpot. Check the GDA website for verifying their current status.

                  AL Shams City NOC is expired as per GDA website.



                  Dubai City NOC is category B.



                  Gwadar Central society map has no symmetry with any of the surrounding roads and there is no on-ground development.



                  I am looking for best 3 schemes to choose 1 for a period of 3-5 years investment, on installment.
