Hi please tell me market trend of sui gas society phase 2? Prices are going high as compare to previous year / month? Any idea when people are likely to get possession? What is other expenses other than land i have to pay if i purchase 1 kinal plot?
Hey Fiaz here is the trend from last August till present
In last year in August 1 Kanal plot in Sui Gas Phase 2 was of like 0.8 -1.1 million depending on the location of the plot.
In February 13 the price was increased 1.4 - 1.6 millions again depending upon the location of the plot
And now a days 1 Kanal plot costs you 1.7 - 2.1 million.
