Taj residencia

Need professional advice regarding taj residencia. Is this project worth fully for the investment. Price for 5 marla 4m including development charges.

Dear Brother, 

Taj Residencia sounds over priced to me. 4 Million for 5 marla is quite high if you compare the prices in I-14, I-15, I-16 which are CDA sectors. 

If we compare this with private societies around that area possession plots cost much less than that the installment price of Taj Residencia

FOECHS, CBR2, Gulshan e Fatima are much cheaper options and more or less will enojy the same benefits as of TR in future.
