In Gwadar, Naval Anchorage will be a better choice.

But Green Palms is reasonable as far as the distance from Gwadar is concerned but it is not included in the current phase of Gwadar master plan and Its NOC by GDA is category B, not category A.

Naval Anchorage Gwadar is better choice in Gawadar.

Dha Multan is also good in 3 years time in developed sectors only.

Green palm is a good project but there are other options available at better location and rates that one should explore himself before buying.

Another good option is KINGS PARK GWADAR

Located adjacent to NAVAL ANCHORAGE.

Good points are the

location, exactly at zero point with front on Makran coastal highway.

Boundary wall is completed and gate construction is going on with a slow pace.

NOC category is A and it is included in new MASTER PLAN.

Negative points are that

development pace is very slow.

Developer don’t have any famous delivered project.

Can be considered as a good option for an investment of 3 plus years.

Now… 2020 is like 2008 or even worse.
