I wanna know that there is a mass advertisement for the captioned society and from a meager income its only affordable option for me left in Islamabad especially in installments.
Please advice, it is wise to invest here.

Dear Ali,
University Town and Gulberg are selling there plots on advertisement base. Currently university town is located on Lahore motorway not Kashmir Highway. Its an affordable society but it will take time to be populated and right now access is not so good. Link road behind motorway is very narrow and Tarnol root is away from Islamabad. So university town is a cheap option but for 5 to 6 years plan.

What if I am envisaging an long term investment as you said that it will take time. As there is no other society in surroundings that sells under the same price range. Also it has not been approved by CDA, does this matters?
Dear ali For a long time its a better option as its price is affordable. In that price u can only get plot in zone 5 jkchs society or universty town, universty town noc is approved by rawalpindi development right now this area is not considered in ict territory
