I want to buy a plot in sector I-15 Islamabad, do advise me that how much it cost me, and it’s better than all new sectors of Islamabad, standard and price wise.
I-15 is CDA sector now a days 5 marla plot cost around 8 to 8.5 lac. There are many advantages and disadvantages of I-14 15 16.
I-14 and I-16 both are currently better due to possession. Open electricity main access Sui gas and water supply are the main problems on I-14 and 1-16.
The plot sizes in I-14, I-15, and I-16 are not more than 10 marla (35x70). The only available plots are 5 marla, 8 marla and 10 marla in these sectors. The intent is for affordability for those who are in low income bracket.
I-14 is much better than I-15,I-16 due to direct entrance from G-T road.and sizes of plots are 20x40, 30x40, 25x50, 45x40, 30x60, 30x70, 35x60.
