I want to buy one Canal plot in Islamabad either in SOAN Garden or River Garden. I saw the maps of both schemes, and trying to decide that which one would be better for living.
My range is in between 18 Lacs - 23 Lacs. Can anyone guide me that which scheme is more suitable for me (for living and future market value). I am currently in middle east but my family is residing in Islamabad (PWD Society) in a rented place.
I will also appreciate if you can help me with the buying process.
