Okay, here's my question. I am looking for a residential flat preferably in a new building/scheme somewhere around Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulshan-e-Hadid (Karachi) which must be within the price range of 20 lac to 25 lac. I did some research on this portal however, couldn't find out what i am looking for. I don't know much about these residential schemes etc. I am always too paranoid to trust them. Needless to say, I am not in estate business neither am I planning to give it for rental. I need the flat for my own use.
I would really appreciate if any of the experts or any other member here could help me. Any current scheme which could be trusted will be appreciated if pinpointed.
