What advice are you looking? Just seen their advert, the question that comes to my mind is why would I pay double to buy a plot in BT "Greens" when I can buy for half the price in the market close by (BT 8) without the "Greens" logo.
Plus if the pressure on BT remains in the courts and if they have to give back DHA Valley money then buying in any new launch of BT is risky.
