Dear Members, I live out side pakistan and want a safe investment in lahore which can give a good profit margin in future. I have 3 million PKR budget.

If you can suggest me the best place to invest?

Please also let me know the location of this. What do you think about phase 9 plots? Is there margin for price rise for phase 9 extansion plots file? I want your advise regarding bahria town also (its future?) Want a safe investment.

Bahria town is at a very good location in lahore and will keep rising. In your budget, you can consider dha phase 9 and 10 plus i will also advise zaamin fizaiya villas which is likely to become a very hot property in less than one year. You can go for their flexible plan and make a big initial investment so that the rest of the payments are easy to manage.
