What is the price of kanal plot in D-12?

In which sub sector you are talking? In Sector 3 kanal plot will be around 22 million.
Can you sell 3 kanal plot in a CDA Sector. I am just talking generally about 1, 2, 3 and 4 sectors. Ibrahim, is it a developed sector, what are the prospects? I am just looking at the location, which seems fine to me.

its not 3 kanal i said sector 3 which means D-12/3. In D-12/3 kanal plot price is around 22 million. Prices are very high in that sector due to its location it is in bottom of Margalla hills but development speed is not so good.
Question marks on Gas and Water supply too!
Yes prices are very high there but facilities are still not provided properly.
