I would suggest stay away from flat anywhere
In BE you can get ready for construction plot of size 30x60 in Block N around 6 Million and above.... Non possession will be below 6 Million.
Enter with mind of 3 years or more for investment for any reasonable return on investment... BE is not for short term any more....
