BTK just because prices of all others have increased a lot while BTK is growing at a steady pace.
DHA-2 and BTK are good options but at fairly advanced stage. You can explore C-15 Islamabad.
You didn’t mention the time frame for which you can hold your investment. Without this information you can’t get any reasonable advice. Every investment has a different payoff period.

Kindly give advice on DCK. Someone I know purchased a 1000 sq. Yard plot there recently for 1.2 crore roughly. Which sectors/blocks and what size you recommend?
Secondly how is F-15 Islamabad? If a 6 marla commercial there is more suitable?

BTK is a bit risky kind of investment due to the scandals attached with MR all the time in one form or the other... However, could give surprising return.
DHA Isld is safe and steady kind of investment option, where you will not be having anxiety all the time.
