I want to invest in Islamabad. The investment can be 8-10 million. I also want to know about the commercial plots in new sectors, B-17, F-17, G-15, G-16 etc where I can buy a commercial plot with this amount or a bit more. Will appreciate your sincere answer.

We are pretty big on all CDA sectors but as far as the upcoming societies go Gulberg Islamabad is also a promising project. Do consider it as a serious option.
If you want to invest right now. Go for G-14. I have heard that development work is going to start soon.
Development work to start in G-14.
If this news is true then G-14 should be the right sector for you. In one or two years. It can give you very good profits.
