I want to buy a plot in area in which i can construct a house and start living with in 6 months,
Some areas i have in my mind like i-11, i-14, b-17, d-17, jinnah garden etc.
My rage is within 50 lacs.
Kindly suggest me that which one suites me best, and which will be in my favour.

From u mentioned i-11 is location wise on top and d-17 development wise…
For living development standard is best in D-17, than B-17, Jinnah Garden... No doubt location wise I-11 is better and currently development is going on in I-11 at good pace.

and secondly approximately how much time will it take in establishing I-11?
People are already living in I-14.... Standard of living is very poor there.
Development of I-11 must not take more than year...

Yes
Then security must be a concern there as I know even some of the areas of I-10; falling near Sabzi Mandi have so frequent criminal cases.

D-17 is best option and other hand B-17 B block is good option.

Bahria Enclave is far better choice than Jinnah Garden.
Bahria Enclave later blocks with small size plots are not ready for personal living within 6 months.
