My budget is between 1 crore and 1.5 crore for a house.
Can you please advise me which cda sectors are suitable for this budget.
I know with this budget this is likley to be on the outskirts. However i've heard that there are areas to avoid (i.E. Certain areas in i-9 and i-10).
Any advise will be appreciated.

Also - what is your view on i-11?
Are there any developments here or just plots? I beieve it it will be some time before this area is duly developed.

Ali I-11 will take time to be developed g sector mentioned are the best i-10 sector you can get 5 marla but crowded area.

Saadi has very rightly pointed out the G Sectors...
I-10/2, is also not a bad option, as there you can get 25x60 in your range... Visit the sub sector and if you like the location and constructions, then you may decide...
In I-11/2, people are constructing houses, very few, but it will take 5 to 10 more years to be properly livable as it lacks all basic amenities at the moment.
