Falcon Complex
Can some one please tell me if these houses in Falcon Complex are on lease basis or permanent ownership bases. Who grants the Allotment letters and deal with full transfering rules and regulations.
Falcon Complex houses are permanent ownership bases and PAF is responsible for the sale and purchase process (practically which is very lengthy due to security clearance etc). You can visit the site office yourself or if you feel appropriate i will forward cell number of a dealer exclusively dealing in Falcon homes.
