Year 2015 islamabad property review

Dear all,
Lets review the properties/societies/projects for the year 2015 for their pros and cons, societies including big/small brand, which performed well in terms of:

1. Development standard
2. Development pace/delivery
3. Proved good for investment/returns
4. Attractions/facilities
5. Location/accessibility
6. Any other point(s) worth mentioning

And those which were big no/stay away for the above.
Kindly list and comment all these societies based on your personal and close experience.
It might help others to focus for next years for living/investment.

For point 3 i think Dha 2, Gulberg, I-12, G-15 have been better

I think Bahria Enclave-I is emerging as good place in recent years, despite the controversial BE-II and drop in the prices it’s moving in right direction. Although location is a bit odd for the time being due to surroundings.

I think gulberg is a best investment opportunity. Very economical prices of residencia is a big attraction for buyers.
