Plz advise me dat wether i shld go 4 zarkon heights or nt? Also its future prospects?
Dear saleh Zarokon heights main gt road behind motorway chowk is a very good location. They purchased 100 kanal land there behind g-15 gate and its all clear land front on main gt road and they also got noc for apartments from cda. Location wise and price wise its a good option specially small apartments. Installment plan is easy. If they completed there development with in time hopefully it will be a successful project, but with in time handing over possession is the main point.

Plz also guide me ll thse apartments b good 4 living, ll they go n good rent? Also guide me abt repo f its builders, i mean they hav capability 4 doing this mega project, their eco power etc? Dear saleh Prices will appreciate due to there location. Builders are good already done some good projects , zarkoon plaza saddar, royalston hotel and kohistan enclave. Rental value will be good due to its front location.

What are the installments plan?
Installment s on quarterly basis in 4 yrs, different down payment 25% 4 different apartments. 3 bed wid living, attach bath, balcony, reserved parking etc s around 7million plus. They hav promised high quality work but lets c hey come upto their words or nt.
