If one has the money to buy like a house in say f-7 or f-11 - is it worth it? Will the prices continue to rise here?
Yes but on a very slow pace like 10 to 20 % per year which is nothing compare to other societies which are giving more than 100% return per year + considering the amount you will be investing.
Ali Ahmed, it depends on your investment, investment in Zone 1 is safer but prices are stable and very high already, so not very much appreciation should be expected. But it is good for rental plus safe and secure investment.
Brother H–T would you mention a few societies where one can get 100% return p.a. In your opinion.
To name a few, B-17 MPCHS, DHA valley Islamabad and G-14-1/2/3.
I-15, I-16, PECHS, Top city Foechs are places which can give you good return.
