Kindly give an estimate of construction cost for grade a gray structure 12 marla plaza with 1 basement and 7 floors.
If that can broken down to separate labour and material cost.
Also how much will be estimated finishing cost or the cost of turn key building. Thanks

labour rate of grey structure is 350 t0 400RsSft for each floors.including basement.
Over all construction cost with material and complete finish in A grade quality of work is upto 2500 Rs / sft.Exect Estimate deppends on Structural design and working drawings.
