I want to construct a house in Bahria Town Phase 8 (Rawalpindi). The size is a little smaller than 1 Kanal. It is 85x50 yards. Can someone give an estimate how much will it cost? A breakdown of the analysis would be much appreciated.

Bro.put it simply. In construction you need to work out the total covered area in square.feet and then cost per square feet as unit cost which can be applied to any design anywhere. Now a days cost per sq ft varies between 1800 to 2800 per square ft. Out of this the labour cost is usually between 900 to 1300 depending on your city. Rest is material cost which may vary hugely as you will find more than 10 types of qualities of a single item. Thanks
