Recently there is an article on zameen blog (link mentioned at the end of this post) which states the cost of a 10 marla house construction to be around pkr 7 million.
However, for my 300 sqy plot in dha karachi, any property dealer that i have spoken to does not quote less than pkr 3,000 to pkr 4,000 per sq ft finished cost.
That means if my property is having 2000 sq. Ft built up area on g+1 (2 floors) so total 4,000 sq. Ft.
This equates to about pkr 12 million or pkr 16 million at the quoted range of rates.
Can someone please share the contact details of reputable builders for dha karachi who can build a 300 sqy house in pkr 7-8 million range genuinely with good quality (materials aur finishing may dandi maar maar ke nahi)?
