Aoa dear members. I want to build standard house (1 master bed room, 1 room, drawing room, living room,kitchen and two baths) in rawalpindi i need ur valuable experience/advice. My questions are belows:
1. I have 14 lac. In this amount can i fully complete?
2. If not then in 14 lac what things will be complete?

It depends on your design and site location further need to know your expected quality and finishes....
For standard B grade normally ppls do Rs.1800/sq ft for complete interior and exterior finishes for double story and if it is single story then it can be done in Rs.2000/sq ft.
Your covered area is around 750 and it can be done in approx Rs.1,500,000
