What would be the minimum cost of constructing 3 marla single story house in al rehman garden phase 2.
I have minimum budget.
Please advise for cost reduction at any stage.
This is my first experience.
In Lahore these days the construction rates are starting as low as 1000 Rs/sqft for grey structure and goes up to 1500 or 1600 Rs/sqft, depending on the drawings. Depending on what your covered area is, just multiply the sqft with the cost and you will get the approximate cost of the house.
E.g: Covered area: 675 sqft for 3 Marla House
Cost of grey: 675 x (1000-1500) = Rs 675000 - Rs 1012500
The cost above is per each floor.
If you want to save cost, you will have to compromise on the materials. The cheaper the material used the lower the cost gets.
